TB-603 Air Beds, that are shipped to CA, may have a longer delivery time, as they are considered special orders. This time frame is only an approximation, as you may receive your order sooner. Foundations, bed frames and accessories will also be delivered free with the purchase of your complete Ultimate Sleep System Air Bed. If ordering accessories only, a small shipping charge may apply.

　　We will ship your Ultimate Sleep System Air Mattress in its entirety. There are usually 1-6 boxes. A shipping representative will contact you, a few days before, to schedule a convenient time for your order to be delivered. Regular ground shipping is only to the curb. Customer's who give us their email address will be notified how your order was shipped, with the corresponding Pro# or Tracking#. Your email address will not be revealed to any third party.

Air Beds Unlimited reserves the right not to repair or replace a product or component that has been judged as normal wear and tear. What is not covered: Acts of God, such as, but not limited to, a flood. Damage from misuse or abuse of the warranted product or component. Damage from tampering with or opening product or component. If a warranty question should arise, we ask that you contact us immediately. Give us your name, date of purchase, order number, address, the questioned product with a brief description of the problem or concern. Please keep your receipt and warranty card for the entire duration of your warranty. We will ship out a replacement component with a prepaid return label enclosed for the defective component.
